During our afternoon in the park, a man’s little girl was attracted by Toby’s soccer ball. She had a pretty good time chasing it, she didn’t speak much, except when her dad asked her who her favourite soccer player was and she’d squeak out a “Ronaldinho”, pretty cute.

I guess I attempted a long exposure with the holga, not exactly the best candidate for such a photo, but I think I did a pretty good job of holding the camera steady on the window sill while holding the shutter open. This was our view from our apartment on St Laurent, if Nat and I were religious, we could have prayed to jesus every day.

Toby and Crispin’s Sister (can’t remember her name) hanging out with us at Jeanne Mance park in Montreal last summer, milkshakes and soccer, good times.

I absolutely love this photo, I got a roll back today that I shot with my holga last summer in Montreal. On the weekends we’d go hang out in the park and drink beers and lie around in the grass all day. This photo reminds me of some of the good times Nat and I had in Montreal.

Another holga shot from the roll that i shot at the golf course.

mushrooms on a tree stump on the golf course.. unfortunately my holga’s focus isn’t the greatest, I kind of like this shot because of that, nothing is in focus, but everything is.. if that makes any sense. Nobody reads this shit anyways.

just a random photo of a tree with fall colours that I took while playing golf back in September or October. The slide looks beautiful, but for some reason I can never scan the colours the same.. probably my laziness.

Pretty boring photo, but I love cottages in the summer, this is the dock at mikes place. I’m hoping to get invited back at least once next year, I’m also hoping his next door neighbour has finished building his amusement park into the lake. Either way, if next summer is filled with beer, swimming in lakes and golf, I’m a happy man.

Forget the dogs name, but he rules, this was up at Mikes cottage in July or August when I had just gotten back from Montreal. His pops schooled us all at poker.

I finally had some money; so I brought in my 4 rolls of film that I put through my Holga on the East Coast Trip. Surprisingly enough I got about 3-4 keepers per 12 on each roll, not bad for a holga and Provia 100 slide film.

This photo is from a little town called Victoria by the Sea, Nat and I stopped for a snack there at the most delicious chocolate store, we climbed a lighthouse, and while Nat went to the library I snapped this photo of their small port.
