We shot this one back in the spring, it’s a pretty sketchy spot in terms of cars flying by Aaron at 80 on the parkway, and the 15′ drop to face break if he goes over the rail. I was immediately happy with this one as soon as I shot it, I wish we would have shot a little later in the day to get a nice glowy sunset instead of this blown out one.. we probably should have waited around. In cases like these sometimes 4 nikon sb80s just aren’t powerful enough.

Hey man, this shot is sick!! I think it’s the best one you’ve posted on your blog in awhile. I see what you saying about a bit later in the day but I do like it how it is. It might even be cooler just after dusk with a car flying by with the lights on using a slow shutter speed and that cool blue you can get at that time of day. All that being said I still think this shot is sick!
