I had a photoshoot tonight with Alli and Nat, the photos turned out great, but I decided to post this one, it was my first time shooting with my homemade tilt shift lens. I only shot 4 or 5 with it, it was basically impossible to focus at f4.5 in the room we were in since there wasn’t enough light, basically the smallest movement of the lens would change the dof. Two of them actually turned out pretty sharp, however this slightly out of focus one was my favourite. I’m going to have to try this lens during the day when I can see through it properly.
Pretty boring photo, but I love cottages in the summer, this is the dock at mikes place. I’m hoping to get invited back at least once next year, I’m also hoping his next door neighbour has finished building his amusement park into the lake. Either way, if next summer is filled with beer, swimming in lakes and golf, I’m a happy man.
Forget the dogs name, but he rules, this was up at Mikes cottage in July or August when I had just gotten back from Montreal. His pops schooled us all at poker.

Neil bugs me on MSN 24 hours a day, until I edit all of his photos. Neil does 5-0′s in Montreal on the prefontaine ledge, he’s also got a lamp post cutting his upper body in two.. i should pay attention more.
A lot of photos of Keith this past week, a few I haven’t posted and am saving for later. Here’s one from Monday in Montreal. Keith ate shit about 15 times in a row on this, sliding across the sidewalk on his back, ass and head. Pretty known skate spot in Montreal, La Bourse rail, right in downtown, surprisingly it’s just as wobbly, as it was last year when I shot the exact same trick. I thought it would be worse.
One of the many photos from the trip to montreal today, keith landed this 3 or 4 times, the police were even polite and told us no generators and asked us to leave. It’s 1:30am, 12 hours in montreal, 6 spots, and a lot of photos, i’m excited for bed.
It was so cold I was wearing some turtle neck with a sweater, marty stomped this in 10 or 15 tries, I left right after, so chances are he landed 100 other tricks on that rail, i would have liked to have gotten a bit tighter, but what can you do.. first time out with the fish and new camera, well technically 2nd, but the first outing was a bust.
